    3. To list members: My hard disk recently "gave up the ghost" and stopped working. I had to purchase a new computer and start over, since all of my data was lost. Although I had some back-up copies of my genealogy data, I lost my e-mail address book along with all of the addresses that I had. If anyone out there recognizes previous correspondence with me, please send me a note so I can recover your address. Thanks in advance for all of your help. Regards; Thomas F. 1. [PARKS] Park/e/s Connecticut abt 1740-70
    2. Cheryl Morris
    3. Hi, After an absence, I am back on the list and still looking for the parents of Aaron Parks [born in October 1764 in either Norwich or Preston per his Rev War records] -- and there are no matches anywhere for him. I've taken the extreme step of putting all the Park/e/s born in CT (that I can find) between 1700 and 1775 into a database.and still have a lot of missing people. Right now, I am adding people who served in French/Indian war and the Revolutionary War to my db. If anyone has any information on Parks deeds or wills in Ashford [Windham County, CT] or Preston/Norwich for the period of about 1765 to 1790, I would like to hear from you. I have good reason to believe that Aaron was descended from the Park/e/s family of Stonington. However, lack of any apparent brothers or sisters makes me wonder if he was an only child. Cheryl
