Pheobe PARKES b abt 1853 Worcs (Halesowen?), daughter of Henry PARKES and Elizabeth RALPH (parents of Henry PARKES - William and Phoebe, siblings of Henry PARKES - Ann, Enock and Rhoda I believe from the IGI) Phoebe married Henry FLORENCE, my g g grandfather. I have a suspicion that there were FLORENCE's in the area so there may be a connection (my FLORENCE's are from London and Pheobe was found there in the 1881 census). Hope I can connect with someone.
