My line starts with John PARKS, birthdate unknown. Children were Silas Leonard, Peter Glick, George and Loudon. There may have been more but this is what we know. Peter was born 1807 in Arlington, Bennington Co., Vermont. He married Charlotte LAMB of Broome Co., New York about 1825. They were the parents of Janette (1826) married a KERN, first name unknown Jerome (1829) Jane E. (1831) married John NUGENT (my 2-great grandparents) Lozette (1833) married Fred CLASS Lucinda (1836) married Zina DOW Minerva (1837) James (1839) married Carrie BURLINGAME Oscar (1840) married Ellen Jane ? and Hester BEARD Morris (1842) married Mary elizabeth Hanaford Aurelia (1853) married John Q. WILCOX Nathan (1855) Peter (1858) and possibly Alford or Alfred (1856) The first six children were born in New York, the 7th in Michigan, and the balance in Illinois.
