Susan, We have a Sally Parks (Sally being a frequent nickname for Sarah), unknown birth date, daughter of Robert Parks and Unknown Burdick. Siblings include a Robert Harrison Parks. Some of the siblings were born in Greenup Co. KY, but then the family was in VA, what is now Wayne Co., WVA. The siblings for whom I have birth dates were born around or after 1815, but given many twenty year maternity spans, could certainly include a sister that much older. Seems this could be a match.
