    3. Ken and Jerry, the Parks lines you are both interested sound somewhat familiar to me. I am looking for a James M. Parks b. abt. 1765 in Ireland d. aft. 1850 in Williamson Co., IL. The 1850 Census shows James living with his son Hugh and his family. Children of James M.(madison) Parks are Hugh b. abt 1796 in SC d.1877 Williamson Co., IL m. 1815 to Elizabeth Corder. Samuel b. abt 1798 in SC m. Mary Long children Ephrim Parks b. 1838 in Hardeman Co., TN d. 1-26-1914 Eaton, TN m. Amanda Lemons Thomas Parks b. abt. 1812 in TN m. Elander UNKNOWN Thomas and Elander had 6 children. If any of this sounds familiar, please let me know.
