Check out the Parke Society website at http://www.parke.org/ , and you'll see what I mean. I don't connect with Roger, so far as I know. Referring to the data I sent last time, I know that James Monroe Parks' father was John Parks, and that's about it. John had no descendents that I know of named Roger. He could have been kin, but I've not been able to nail down his origins very well. What about the Harkey connection? It's pretty unusual in my experience to hit on a double name whammy like that. As you can see from the Harkey data that I sent, there are lots of them in and around San Saba, TX. There's even a little community a few miles west of town that's known as Harkeyville. James Parks
