    2. A series of PA estate records and deeds describing the undivided land that went to the heirs of "Irish" Andrew CULBERTSON when he died intestate in Cumberland Co., PA, preceed this deed. With these, the following proves that Rebecca PARK(S)/ CRAVENSTINE was the daughter of Andrew. Her first husband was Arthur PARKS. I have made every effort to transcribe this accurately. Judy Tooman Deed George Cravenstine et uxor} This Indenture made the Eleventh day of April to James Callwell in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one Between George Cravenstine of Jefferson County in the State of Virginia and Rebecca his wife (late Rebecca Parks) by Joseph Parks of the same County and State their Attorney duly constituted by Letter of Attorney under the hands and seale of the said George Cravenstine and Rebecca Cravenstine his wife for this special purpose executed bearing date the tenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven intended to be recorded in the Office for Recording of Deeds at Carlisle in and for the County of Cumberland of the one part and James Caldwell of the Township of Hopewell in the County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania farmer of the other part. Witnesseth that the said George Cravenstine and Rebecca his wife for and in consideration of the sum of twenty pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania to them in hand paid by the said James Caldwell at and before the Sealing and delivery hereof & the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have Granted Bargained Sold, Aliened, Released and confirmed and by these presents do Grant Bargain Sell Alien Release and confirm to the said James Caldwell his heirs and assigns all that undivided part Share and proportion whatsoever of them the said George Cravenstine and Rebecca his wife in Right of the said Rebecca that tract of ninety acres of Land and usual allowances situate lying and being partly in Cumberland County aforesaid and partly in Franklin County in Middle Spring now in the possession of the said James Caldwell bounded by land late of Robert Chambers now of Christian Kisk and by land of Francis Campbell and others (being part of the lands late the Estate of Andrew Culbertson deceased father of the said Rebecca and ow he formerly lived) Together with all and singular the Rights members and appurtances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversions and tax ?ders, Rents Issues and Profits thereof and all the Estate and Estates right Title Interest property claim and demand whatsoever either in Law or equity of them the said George Cravenstine and Rebecca his wife or either of them or either of their heirs of into or out of the same. To have and to hold all the aforesaid undivided part share and Properties of the said George Cravenstine and Rebecca his wife and each of them of in and to the aforesaid Tract of ninety acres of Land and allowance Heriditaments and premises having granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said James Caldwell his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said James Caldwell his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeately set their hands and seals dated the day and year first above written.
