George Parks b abt 1824-1826 in TN wife Catherine b abt 1824-1830 children John b. abt 1848 Sarah b July 1850 James b. abt 1852 Edward b. abt 1854 William b. abt 1856 Samuel b. abt 1858 They appear in Hamilton County, TN in 1850. In 1860 they appear in neighboring Bradley County. Sarah was said to have been married in neighboring Polk County. It seems that son John appears in the 1880 Polk County (2nd Civil District) census with wife Lizzie and sons Samuel, John, George, and Dick.
