Thomas Parke, born c. 1620 in Hitcham, Suffolk County, England, died July 30, 1709 in Preston, Conn. 3. Nathaniel Parke was born in 1651 in New London, Conn. He died c. 1718 at Preston Conn. 4. Joseph Parke was born at North Groton, Conn. in 1677, was buried Sept. 8, 1760, at Salisbury. 5. Smith Parke Sr., was born in Preston, Conn., and baptized Nov. 5, 1721.died Feb. 12, 1807. Their children were Smith Jr., Mary, Eunice, John, Ezra, Joseph, Jonathan, Daniel, Lucy, and Reuben******. I am thru Reuben. Reuben Park md Elizabeth Ford, Their son Nelson Reuben Park md Eliabeth West and they moved to DeKalb Co IL, Nelson's daughter Avis Adella Park md 1st Dewitt Plank 2nd John David LInhart, My question is this- According to Park Society family group sheets 6T1393 Reuben died in 1856 Miamisburg OH. He must have left Elizabeth Ford because she is living with her son Larmon in 1850 Erie Co NY Census town of Evans, I've checked the 1850 Ohio census especially Trumbull Co and couldn't find him. In the book Past and PResent of DeKalb Co IL it states "Reuben Parke was born Jun 10 1772 and died in Indiana at the advanced age of about ninety years." Does anyone know if there was a divorce, where he is in 1850 census and did he died Miamisburg OH 1856 or Indiana 1862????
