In this book is there a mention of a David G. Parks who was born VA, per census of 1850, ca July 1793. He married a Martha Hervey of SW PA. They moved to Knox County OH where he died in July 1850 after a fall from a horse. They had William Hervey Parks, Catherine Brown Parks, Margaret Jane Parks, John Parks, Isoble Bonar Parks, Finley Parks, John Howard Parks, Steen Black Parks and Harriett Newell Parks. I have traced Martha's ancestry, but have yet to find a clue as to David G. Parks' ancestry. Would love to have more info on him, but have hit so many dead ends that I have almost given up.
