Linda My response was in relation to Donna's posting "Does anyone have a copy of the will of John Thompson of Little Preston, Northamtonshire, England that was written on 6 Nov 1626 in London according to TAG Vol XIV No 3 Jan 1938?" and I said "She obviously is speaking about John Thompson whose will was dated 06 Nov 1626 and probated 11 Apr 1627 according to The Parke Society Newsletter, Vol 13, No 1, 1976. This John Thompson was the father of Dorothy Thompson who married Thomas Parke the son of immigrant Robert Parke, MA, 1630. Dorothy and Thomas are the ancestors of the Canadian, UE Parks line." John Thompson's wife was Alice Freeman whose ancestry is extensive.
