I hope good.I got those pics you sent me & I sure do appreciate them. They mean alot to me!!Could you please tell me who the people were in that picture with your grandma? Some of the names got cut off& I can't tell what some of them say.And I really hate to ask you this but I need you to resend that one of Daniel & Sarah because Daniel seems to have lost his head in the scanning process(lol!) The story of Nancy & Sarah Lewis Parks & Daniel Parks I hope you understand was passed down in our family from Malindah Susan(my ggreatgrandma)to her kids(my grandpa) John Sterling Jones to his wife(my grandma Jones)to my daddy & us.The story goes that Daniel married Nancy first & she d.in childbirth with Cindarilah. He was so taken by grief,he didn't know how he was going to care for their kids.Well,Sarah was full of grief too & wanted to help Daniel care for the kids so she did. They began to court & fell in love & married. At first Sarah didn't want to court Daniel because of what the people of town were saying. That Sarah & Daniel must have been seeing each other before Nancy's death. But Daniel didn't care what the people thought,he persued Sarah & they married. My grandmother said that grandpa said that Malindah Susan loved Sarah very much & Said that she had a very kind heart just like Nancy. That's the story we were told by grandma.I DO realize that if all that is accurate,it had to happen pretty fast. 3. Do you know the source for the date for Thomas? I have 1843...This came in a letter from a descendant. Could be a typo. Linda ----- Original Message ----- From: "M.
