I am trying to find out the name of JOHN ANTHONY WAYNE PARKS 1st wife. He was born April 26, 1847 in West Virginia. He died July 12, 1937 in Kentucky. He must have married his first wife in West Virginia as his oldest child was born there. He had 3 children with his first wife. The children are: HARRIET TENNY, JIM & BOYD. Is anyone working on the descendants of the Park/e/s families who were in Middlesex County - particularly near Watertown in the mid-1700s? New family information has spurred me to look at the descendants of Lt. Richard Park and Elizabeth Hastings for more possible leads on my family. I am particularly interested in Josiah Park [son of Richard], Stephen, David and Benjamin [sons of Joseph - grandsons of Richard] but there may be others as well. I am specifically looking for family members that are NOT well documented and male family members who may have served in what is now Vermont during the Revolutionary War. Speaking of PARKS' in Indiana, I am looking for a George L. PARKS, born Dec 1873 in Illinois to Nathan Uriah PARKS and Susan TURNER. George was married to Elva (maiden name unknown) about 1896 and was the father of two children born in Indiana by the 1900 census. Son Benson PARKS was born Sep 1897 Son Moses was born Oct 1899. Grandfather, James Parks is shown on the UK 1881 census living at 10 Trafalgar St, Liverpool.......with a large group of family members......but am unable to make any connections.
