Robert Parker was born in Honiton, Devon County England in 1850 He immigrated to the US in 1872 and settled in Rockland County, NY. His wife was Mary Van Ness. She was previously married to a Babcock. Her father was Daniel b NJ. I would love to correspond with anyone researching these people.
