    3. Hi, The following is all hypotheses except for this bit *****"A boy was born in Wales about 1945. An Elvira Parker started Court Proceedings for non payment of maintenance in 1950. His father was a married English soldier from Bedford, England stationed in Wales around 1945 by the name of Frederick Joseph/Joseph Frederick Fuller"****** I am after information on an ELVIRA PARKER born in Bedwelty, Wales September Qtr, 1892 please. I am also after an ELVIRA PARKER who may have been in Wales in 1945 ish. They could be one in the same person. If so, then the second one would have possibly taken over the raising of her grandson about this time. A boy was born in Wales about 1945. An Elvira Parker started Court Proceedings for non payment of maintenance in 1950. I have been assuming that she was the mother, but finding the 1892 birth makes me think that maybe she was the grandmother. Can anyone help find the boy please? His father was a married English soldier from Bedford, England stationed in Wales around 1945 by the name of Frederick Joseph/Joseph Frederick Fuller. The boy's half sister has been looking for him for 50 odd years. Any information gratefully received. Thankyou, and have a nice day. Sue and Pat in Australia
