    3. Charles and others who may have similar questions, Receiving or donating blood will have no effect on the results from this DNA test. Other medical treatments do not effect the DNA that we are testing. In other surname projects there are many people who have had radiation or chemotherapy cancer treatments, the DNA test of those people show matches to those they expected to match.
