I have a Franklin Parker b abt 1842 in Pitt County, NC. Son of Isaac Parker b abt 1818 Pitt County. Another son of Isaac (brother to James)is Franklin b 03 May 1820 Pitt County. d. 30 Jun 1896 Umpire, Howard County, AR. This famlily move to Middleton, TN then on to Arkansas. Franklin is a popular name in this line of Parkers. I have sibbling & children information on James but not much more as he is not in my direct line. BTW Howard County is not far from the OK border. Could this tie into your line?
