Its been a good 30 years and I am still mashing my head against the wall. I was finally able to locate the obituary of my Eliza Parker. One thing of note in the obit Was that she was born in Brimfield,Mass June 28, 1808. By 1833 Eliza Parker married George Caldwell of Barre, Worcester Co. Mass. In a letter in 1910 her grandson indicated that Eliza's father was Peter - don't know if this was right but I will assume that he knew what his great grandfathers name was. There was a Peter born over in Oxford,Mass. And was wondering if he was her father - but don't have a marriage or his ancestry. He may be related to the Cutler and Covell family at Oxford. One piece of useless info - in Eliza's snuff box was a banknote dated 1809 and issued at Montpelier, Vt about the time of her birth. Jack Hanover,Pa. Any ideas I am interested.
