Virginia--Henrico Co. and Isle of Wight. Thomas came to VA in 1618. Need proof of lineage of descendants of Thomas who died 1717 in Chowan Co., NC and descendants of his who migrated to the Anson Co. NC area (including Tryon, Mecklenburg, NC and York Co., SC) I am trying to tie these families together. They migrated from the same area--Chowan Co., NC--but I need proof to tie them together. There are no wills or deeds that offer proof that I can find but I would like to tie these ends together and I have descendants who can offer samples for DNA testing. Thanks for the help.
