    3. I've been off the list for quite some time, for several reasons, the main one being that I had very little time to devote to my research. But now things seem to be getting better so thought I would subscribe again. If anyone recognizes anyone in my family line or has any info they would like to share please contact me, Wes Parker in the Central San Joaquin Valley of California http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Lane/5591/ Richard Franklin PARKER, Sr. - born June 1834 in Georgia, died Dec. 2, 1907 in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Married before 1858, Sarah E. (?) born March 22, 1840 in Alabama, died July 10, 1880 Sebastian County, Arkansas. Children: Albert C. - June 11, 1858 Richard Franklin - July 20, 1862 Benjamin M. - Mar. 5, 1866 Paralee Eunice - Aug. 1875 Roxie - Sep. 19, 1877 Richard Sr. enrolled July 26, 1861 at Pine Bluff, Arkansas with the Company "I", 1st Arkansas Mounted Rifles, Confederate and served with that unit throughout the Civil War. After Sarah died July 10 Richard remarried Dec. 24, 1880 to Mrs. Permalie C. MARCHMAN. Permalie died Mar. 9, 1895 and is buried next to Sarah, Benjamin and Roxie at Cross Cemetery near Greenwood, AR. After Permalie died Richard remarried again Mar. 10, 1896 to Mrs. Mary Ann (PALMER) BELL and had a son Hubert Lee born July 29, 1897 at Hackett City, AR. Richard Franklin PARKER, Jr. - born July 20, 1862 in Arkansas, died Mar. 19, 1909 in McIntosh County, Oklahoma. Married Nov. 13, 1882 at Paris, Logan County, Arkansas Christopher Elizabeth SESSIONS, born Aug. 19, 1862 in Talladega County, Alabama, died Mar. 19, 1909 McIntosh Co., OK. Children: Benjamin Jeff - Nov. 1883 D. T. - Oct. 1, 1885 Pairlee Elenora - Feb. 26, 1887 Richard Robert - Nov. 10, 1890 Oslin Hopkins - Dec. 22, 1893 Infant Son - Feb. 28, 1896 >> twins David - Sep. 17, 1898 Mattie M. - Sep. 17, 1898 Jessie Lee - Feb. 14, 1900 Charlie Henry - Mar. 27, 1903 >> (Note: After Richard Jr. and Christopher E. were married At Paris, Arkansas they had 5 children in Logan County before removing to Indian Territory near Eufaula ca 1893/1894. They then had 5 more kids before they died in 1909. They both died the same day of pneumonia and were buried together in a double coffin at the Fishertown Cemetery.) Charlie Henry PARKER - born Mar. 27, 1903 Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory, died Aug. 24, 1986 Fresno, Fresno County, California. Married Dec. 24, 1928 in Hollis, Harmon County, Oklahoma, Alma Leona YOUNG born June 16, 1907 at Gould, Greer County, Oklahoma Territory died Sept. 2, 2000 in Kingsburg, Fresno County, California.
