Does anyone have a copy of the book, Parker In America, 1630-1910, by Augustus G. Parker? I need a copy of the index. I bought a CD of the book, and the index lists only PARKERs. I would like to look up people other than Parkers sometime. Can anyone help, or offer a suggestion? I realize I'm leaving myself wide open on that one. Y'all be nice....
