I thank everyone who answered my query concerning an index for the book, "Parker In America". I bought a CD of the book and found the index only references "Parker". Some of the e-mails I received tell me the book does in fact only index the Parker name. I'll have to be happy with that. For those who asked me where I bought the CD, I have answered privately. I found the CD listed on EBay, but it was mailed to me from Heritage Publications, 1412-B East Blvd. #140, Charlotte, NC 282203. The email address, www.heritagepublications.com a few days ago only had a message that said they are not selling on EBay at this time, or something like that. Anyone interested can contact them by mail or continue to monitor their email address. I paid $16.95 plus $2.95 shipping for my CD. I am in the process of printing the book from the CD.
