Hi Cindy, When i open my HQ i get a page that has Heritage Quest H Q at the top in a shaded area. http://www.heritagequestonline.com/index This is the page. If you can get here you will see three main areas of search Census, Books and Persi. Click on the Search Books. that will take you to the next page. http://www.heritagequestonline.com/prod/genealogy/books The page is SEARCH BOOKS. listed are your choices. People, Places and Publications. Click on the Publications. that will take you to a page that says PUBLICATIONS. http://www.heritagequestonline.com/prod/genealogy/browsepublications?cle arBatchStart=1 Available is a box that says " Jump to titles starting with" [box]. In the box type the word "Parker" without the quotes. It will take you to a list of books starting with the word Parker and the one you want is the first one. Click on the arrow by the name "Parker in America" and you will see all the choices of where to look in the book. OK? I hope this helps you. The URLs are in there incase you can't get to HQ easily. To the Parker list, Help! :) I tried going to the web site got Heritage and clicked on publications. However, I tried many times in entering a username & password , it would not accept anything from me. I clicked back to see how to contact Heritage but their is nothing at the top or bottom to Contact them. Any suggestions?
