I am new to this List, and am looking for information related to Barnett Parker who married Coatney "Caty" Christopher on Feb. 19, 1831 in Madison County, Kentucky. Coatney or Caty Christopher was a daughter of John Christopher and Katherine Moss, but I do not know the names of Barnett Parker's parents. Barnett Parker and Coatney/Caty Christopher had the following (known) children: 1. Francis Jackson Parker m. Dorcas Ann Freeman 2. Cassandra Parker 3. Christopher Parker 4. Samuel Parker 5. James Parker 6. Ann Parker It appears that Barnett Parker died before the 1850 census was taken. Does anyone have information on Barnett Parker, or the names of his parents? On the 1880 census, Francis Jackson Parker stated that his father was born in Virginia, but I don't know how reliable this may be. Thanks in advance for your assistance! David
