Hi - my WINN line begins with my g g grandfather-Thomas E. Winn b. abt 1794 England or maybe Ireland; m. in 1823 to Mary Cossins in Cowesby, Yorkshire Eng. Had 6 children: Rachel, Alice, Dawson -my great grandfather by his second marriage to widow Mary Malvina nee Turner Underwood; Elizabeth, Ann and Benjamin. Thomas d. in Parkersburg, Wood co WV on 5 Dec 1876 and is buried in Parkersburg. Let me know if you want more on this line. Dawson ended up in MO but had lived in MN, and WI before that.
