I believe John was born in Coles County approx 1827. Married Celia Stewart who is buried in Toledo Cemetery, Toledo, Cumberland Co., Illinois. His parents I believe are Willaim Pakrer born abt. 1794 - 6/22 1849 and Rachel johnson died 7/19/1839. I cannot find a burial location or info concerning him after 1880.
