I believe that your William could have been the son of William and Susannah Parker of York County, SC. I am claiming the same William as part of my tree, and would like to find out if I am in the wrong. My William is named as the son of William and Susannah in the 1808 will of William, Sr. (Not to be confused with the William, who married Mary House, and died in 1826). In 1820, William is living 2 houses away from an Elen Lindsey, and next door to his sister, Charlotte Rowark. The census prove that William moved somewhere before 1840. Also, sister Charlotte had a son, William Roark, and two of his children were born in Georgia.
