I'm new to the list and hope someone out there links to this Parker family. My 3rd great-grandfather was Quintin Parker (1827-1904). According to Quintin's death certificate, his parents were Alexander Parker and Jane Bone. This family is found in the 1841 Scotland census in Greenock North, Renfrewshire. Quintin is mis-indexed as "Lantin." The couple also has a son James, born around 1824. According to the 1841 census, Alexander was born around 1803 and Jane around 1804. Does anyone have information about Alexander Parker, born around 1803, who married Jane Bone and had sons James and Quintin? I hope so! ;] Susan Huff
