How many elizabeths married there, that day, eh! Or ahhh ... phoebe. Anyway, on 1870 census his wife was "fiby" and they'd just married that May. 1850 census he was age 10, lived with parents Gideon 55 born NY & Lucina 54 born MA. Sisters Lycina Polly Samantha adaline. 1880 Gideon there in Juneau count with son (achsah?), says his parents were born England.
