His wife, Martha Caroline Wiggins (Sept 10, 1840 - ?) is the sister of my great great grandfather George Wiggins. One of John Tisdale Parker and Martha Caoline Wiggins daughters, Martha Missouri Parker (1846 AL - 1928 AL) married Joe Cephus Weaver (October 11, 1853 - June 4, 1913). One of their sons, Albert Alma Weaver (1875 - 1956) married Lucinda E. Wiggins (1877 - 1955) and they are my grand parents. I would be happy to exchange information with you.
