Parker 1864 - 1912 (his parents: Jessee W. Parker (b 1833-) and wife Anestacia Parker (1837 - 1880)) wife Harriett Ellsberry Stephen (1878 Ohio - 1963 Ca?) (Harriett's parents: Johann Adam Stephen (1829 - 1914) and wife Sara Klump 1841- ? Ca?) Walter and Harriet's children: John Gage Parker (Ohio 1901 - 1981 CA and (Frank S Parker 1905 Ohio - 1984 Ca) Hit a dead end out in Los Angeles, CA. Walter moved family from Ohio to Los Angeles. After his death about 1909, the wife's mother and aunt came to live with the family. That is the dead end. Cannot find anything else. Considering how influential Walter F. Parker was in Calif politics--in fact the way politics are practiced in Calif are a direct result of Walter's actions from 1900-1909. Yet, cannot find relatives.
