    3. Anyone researching this family? 1816 they were a young couple, just married with no children - left Lincoln County, TN, and traveled to Franklin County, IL. They made the trip with Frederick FOSTER and his wife, Sally BROADAWAY, their two small children, Henry FOSTER, and his teen-aged son. 1823 they left IL. The FOSTER family returned to Lincoln County, TN 1830 John H. Parker and his young bride can be found in the 1830 Census of Rhea County, Tennessee. He and his wife by then had a boy and a girl both under five. They were surrounded by family, his father, William, age 50-60 and mother, age 40-50, and three sisters still at home, two aged 10-15 and one age 15-20. In neighboring homes are three brothers of John H. and all the same age range as John H., Thomas with wife and one daughter, Berry G., with wife, and Johnny with wife and three children under 5 years old. In 1840, John H. is still in Rhea County, Tennessee, but they now have five children. By the1850 Census, the family has relocated to Crooked Creek Township of Carroll County Arkansas. The 1850 Census is the first United States Census to name all the members of the family: John H.
