I'm new to the list and I sure could use some help - in a BIG way. I'd like to identify the likely parents of Elizabeth Parker (b. 18 January 1813) who married Templeton T. (a.k.a. Temple T, or just T.T.) Stuart/Stewart about 1830 (probably in Georgia). Templeton's family was living in Clarke Co., GA, but I can find no marriage for him in that county so I do not know where they were married, or, for that matter where they were living immediately after their marriage. But by the 1840 census they were living in Randolph County, Alabama. (They were constantly on the move - living in Bienville Parish, LA, for the 1850 census, in Columbia Co., Ark. For a short while, then to Grimes Co., TX, where Elizabeth died in 1863.) I can fill-in anyone interested on more details, but I haven't a clue who Elizabeth's parents were, where they lived, etc., and want that information badly. HALP!!!! Lou Poole, Richardson, TX
