Aaron (not proved as son)1 Parker was born in 1789 at NC. He married Mary (--?--) between 1810 and 1811. He was land patent needs more research. Aaron Parker is found in Holmes county tax list in 1833. Just beside Aaron was Simon W Parker and Lafayett Parker. There were a few other Parkers that need researching William C., James Parker born before 1812. Then there is Mark Raburn who I think is the youngest of the Raborn siblings. In 10/8.1835 Mark Raburn of Yazoo got land N1/2 E1/2 NE Sec 3 T13N R2E (In what becomes Holmes County). 9/21/1835 Mark Raburn of Yazoo got land S1/2 E1/2 NE Sec 3 T12N-R2E (Holmes County) (Holmes was formed 1833 from Yazoo) Among those Parker found in Neshoba tax list before 1840 is.... SW, James, Isaac 1810-1820, John 1800-1810, Ica V 1808, two more male one born 1800-1810, the other 1810-20 these would be Simeon and Benjamin. 3 of these can be assumed to be sons of Aaron, the fourth son is still living at home in 1840 census. As of 1820, Aaron (not proved as son) Parker (or the family of) lived at Lawrence, MS. They appeared! on the census; 300001-23110. As of 1830, Aaron (not proved as son) Parker (or the family of) lived at Covington, MS. They appeared on the census; 0121001 (40-50) - 1111001. He lived in 1833 at Holmes, MS; is listed on tax list. He and son Simon had land in Holmes. He first shows up in Neshoba Tax list. Aaron Parker of Neshoba County in the late 1830's was on the Board of Police. Others on the board were Temple Tullos, William Young, James Wilson, and Benjamin Jacoway in 1836 at Neshoba, MS. As of 1840, Aaron (not proved as son) Parker (or the family of) lived at Neshoba, MS. They appeared on the census; 00010001 (50-60) - 00110001. Near bythis year is his sister Elizabeth Parker Nelson Myers. (Patent - 2/10/1840 Aaron Parker of Holmes S1/2 E1/2 SE Sec 25 T13N R3E (Holmes)) (Patent -12/10/1840 Simon W. Parker of Holmes N1/2 E1/2 NE section 18 T13N r4e (Holmes)). As of 1850, Aaron (not proved as son) Parker (or the family of) lived at Neshoba, MS. He appeared on the census; 62-42-43 Aaron Parker 62NC, Mary 65GA. Mary (--?--) was born in 1785 at GA. Known children of Aaron (not proved as son)1 Parker and Mary (--?--) were as follows: 2 i. Lafayatt (Not proved)2 Parker was born between 1810 and 1812 at MS. He was listed on tax list. may also be list as L. N. Parker in Neshoba County tax list in 1836 and 1839 in 1833 at Holmes, MS. 3 ii. Female Parker was born between 1810 and 1815 at MS. 4 iii. Simeon W. Parker was born in 1812 at MS. He married Adaline (--?--) between 1833 and 1836 at Holmes or Neshoba, MS. He married Elizabeth (___) Minton in 1858 at Copiah, MS. 5 iv. James Hiram Parker was born between 1813 and 1816 at GA. He married Louisa (Levicy) Green on 24 Dec 1835 at Leake, MS. He died on 17 Sep 1889 at Leake, MS. 6 v. Female Parker was born between 1815 and 1820 at MS. 7 vi. Male (?Isaac or Benjamin) Parker was born between 1820 and 1825 at Covington, MS. He was listed on tax list. need more research. Benjamin Parker starts in tax list in 1837, Isaac in 1838 between 1837 and 1838 at Neshoba, MS. 8 vii. Female Parker was born between 1820 and 1825 at Covington, MS. 9 viii.
