Hello everyone. I am researching MYERS AND PARKER'S in Louisiana. The two families intertwine back to the early 1800's. The following ti the info that I have found: James Parker b April 10, 1818 in Massachusete. He md Amanda Kimball in Covington, LA, 1845. She was born June 17, 1825. They had a dau Aurilla E. born March 8, 1857 in Boguechitto, LA. Aurilla md John Myres 1876 in Covington LA. They had a son John Myres b JAn 18 1883. He md Josephine Sharp. They were my grnadparents. Their oldest child wasa Aurilla Myres, my mother. For some reason she was always known as Lillie. She md John Robert Parker of Washington Parish, LA. His father was Joseph Pink Parker,\ Joseph's father was Clinton. Clinton md Lucinda Mizell. If anyone knows of anything of any of these families, please contact me . Iam at a dead stop.
