I can share the two alternate family histories I have, one on James H. Parker and his son David, the other on Ephraim Parker and HIS son David who actually did marry Sara Jane Best who had been married before. I do not know, but you might know, whether James and Ephraim were brothers or cousins? I believe they were one or the other, maybe even twin brothers both born 1810 but they moved apart and lived in different parts of the country as adults. Please advise if any of this is familiar. I believe you have the family histories of the two men mixed up. I cannot confirm so far if these Parkers are part of FG#7, but based on their Hertford origins, it is certainly possible.
