My grgrgrandmother, Delciny Vaughn was a sister to Phebe. Delciny md. James Hodges here in Laurel Co., Ky. I am also acquainted with a descendant of Phebe's son, Josiah Brummett, Jr. Phebe was first married to Josiah Brummett, Sr., who was killed in the Civil War.
