He and his family claim to be eligible to register or enroll in a Native American Tribe through both his mother's and father's side of the family. His mother claims to be a descendent of Quannah Parker, and his grandfather on his father's side claims to be eligible to enroll in the Blackfoot or Seminole tribe. Any information regarding this family tree could be very helpful in preventing the State of Texas terminating his parental rights. His family has not been very helpful in following through on this investigation. If I do not have any assistance with this investigation, the State of Texas will remove his children from his care, custody and control.
