It is a shame that no dates are mentioned in regard to: PARKER, Elizabeth, George, Harriet, Good, Florence,Margaret, Alice - Gravesend, Bexley Heath, Brighton - England. In July last year, I posted the following letter, but cant remember getting any replies. Gilbert Parker married Sarah Cheald ( a misspelling of Child ?) at Old Swinford 4 May 1707. Their children were: Sarah who was christened on 23 Sept 1708 (birth 22nd), and Margaret christened in Jan 1710, both Old Swinford. I looked for further children of this couple in Old Swinford, but there aren't any. However, in Madeley St. Michaels, Shropshire there were christenings for Gilbert (1712), Esther (1717), Elizabeth (1719) and Michael (1726), all children of Gilbert and Sarah. The Michael(1726) married Mary Jones in 1750 in Madeley, and one of their offspring was also Mary (chr. 1758). This Mary Parker married John Poole in 1779. John and Mary had several children, including my ggggf Thomas who was christened on 5 March 1786 at St. Leonards, Broseley. This last Mary married a second time to John Bathurst about 1790.
