Author: APPRAISE8 Surnames: parker Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.parker/2028.2166.2977/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I came accross your posting but it has been several years. my great grandfather was the frank parker you are referring to his father pliny parker, mother lucinda huff. they lived in cuyahoga falls ohio. frank had 5 children the oldest being my grandmother elizabeth parker, inez, paul, betty and frank jr.. 3 were born in oklahoma no birth certificates which latter elder commanche had to verify to obtain a birth certificate. frank was married to zoebelle mumaugh. I have searched off and on for years and i remember all of the stories told to me as a child. but can not make the connection to quanah parker.
