She is buried in Starr,Oklahoma beside her son Enos. Her surviving children were Racheal, Emma, Ruth and possibly one other girl whom I do not know the name of. Her parent's I'm told lived in Arkansas. I hope this helps and you can possibly share more info with me. My personnal e-mail is cloverleaf20032003@yahoo.com. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon. Author: pandjparker Surnames: Parker, Riddick Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.parker/7975.9.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Hello, Janet Gaston: I realize that you are addressing a Frederick Parker's post with your suggestions, but here is my two cents worth: June Runyan Riddick who published her book in 1999 has been gone for some time. Her book was researched and written years before YDNA testing was available. It is based on similar early non-YDNA research and family lore. The book focuses on the Riddick family and other interactive surnames in Nansemond, including Parker, Powell, Hunter, Stone, Runyan, and Duke. Her work contains very nice maps, lots of generational listings with dates and all, and readable stories. So the Parker associations in her book are mainly geographical and occasionally matrimonial. Identifying Family Groups for any of those seems implausible. The targeted Parker references online do seem like good marketing ideas, however. The author herself was a Runyan who married a Riddick. Edgar Lee Riddick who now sells the books is her son. Good luck in your research. Patricia Ross Parker, researching FG#7 Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I have found many online records for Albert but my biggest problem is that I have not located him in the 1940 census. I found his wife, living at the home of her parents...but the person who is really missing is my mother who was born in 1937 in Michigan...she is not with her mother and I have not been able to find Albert to see if she is with him. I am also interested in trying to find any military records for Albert...I located a record called a BIRL...but I don't know how to get any additional information about that... Any and all help is appreciated!!! Susan shaslam100@yahoo.com Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
