Surnames: Have have Two Post's about Ace& Josie Walker-Parker Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/wk4.2ACEB/9687 Message Board Post: My Parker Family Line is as follows,Briefly listed here are,Ace Aaron Parker,born in Alabama,mid to late 1800's.Josie Walker born in Georgia,mid to late 1800's,married in Ada,Oklahoma.Their son Clarence Columbus Parker Born in Texas In 1891,married Verna Maude Jones(researching)wedding date).they had a set of twins,(also have names of other siblings) Twin's were Cleo&Leo Parker.Cleo was born in Lufkin,Angelina county,Texas on March9,1921or23,.He married my mother,Lois Gray From Pawnee,Oklahoma in the late 1950's.I grew up with her parents& Heard Ace&Josie's name mentioned in the family often .I don't usually write Post's this long unless there may be a possible connection.Email me at ccandi_bird2@yahoo.com if you want to share more info.If we have a match .Ace had a granddaughter,Catherine& her daughter &I just started comparing info.She's my first cousin,maybe your 2nd cousin,as i would be also,if there's a match here. I am sure she was living there in the 1930's because my brother (age 78) remembers living with her briefly when his grandparents house burned. Since I've found your messages on Ancestry I am assuming you already belong. I only put in the Cherokee connection cuz it was in one of your original postings. Have you followed the info on Quanah Parker? There's alot of info on him out there--- I checked on your Aaron but didn't find anything though I used his birth place as Al and Josie's as GA. Haven't looked inot you Parkers of NC yet-- P.S. A nice gentleman sent me the ancestors of my Paul Parker, how about that. I haven' had time to check much of it out yet. Margie
