We unfortunately know nothing useful about her parentage. There was some speculation that she may have been an Aldrich, as they name one of the sons Aden Aldrich Parker, but that hasn't helped to prove anything. Please let me know if you find something additional. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. 1. [PARKER] Thirza/Eliza Parker of Lorain, OH
    2. does anyone have this lady in their files? She married as Thirza Parker to Jno. Hudson in Lorain, OH, but is listed as Eliza Parker on their son Henry's death certificate. did they have other children? they married 17 May 1840 in Lorain, but their son Henry was b. abt 1846-48 also, if someone has access, could they look for a death record for Thirza/Eliza circa 1848 in either Lorain Co., OH, Crawford Co., OH, or Wayne Co., MI in the Down River area. there won't be a death record, but hopefully there is a burial record and/or tombstone. many thanks for helping resolve the rest of this long standing mystery for us. Cornelia

I believe that your William could have been the son of William and Susannah Parker of York County, SC. I am claiming the same William as part of my tree, and would like to find out if I am in the wrong. My William is named as the son of William and Susannah in the 1808 will of William, Sr. (Not to be confused with the William, who married Mary House, and died in 1826). In 1820, William is living 2 houses away from an Elen Lindsey, and next door to his sister, Charlotte Rowark. The census prove that William moved somewhere before 1840. Also, sister Charlotte had a son, William Roark, and two of his children were born in Georgia. I think we may have talked before, but I would like to reconnect and share our info Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. It is rumored that he was the first white man born in Okanogan County. He was married to Cora Mickelson. Russell died 08-01-1959 in Bonners Ferry Idaho. He was only married to Cora that I know of, so I think this is probably a different Russell than yours. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Author: KayleneFischer Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.parker/15047.2.1.1.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Actually it was Butch Cassidy of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid that was a Parker. Robert Leroy Parker from Utah. I think if you go under the message board for Parker you can find a lot of posts. We thought we might be related at one time but heard the family isn't releasing the information because of people trying to stake their claim or wanting money. Weird though, it would be nice to know just for the ancestry of it. Bonnie of Bonnie and Clyde was also a Parker. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I think that it is cool that one of your Parkers invented something for cars. My husband has always been into cars. Also my father did a little research, and the Sundance kid was a parker, and is buried somewhere in Oregon. I also did some work on a Parker that works with my husband, although I got his line back to New York, cannot remember the year.
