Elaine, I found an obit for a Grace E. McBride daughter of Margaret and the late James McBride in the Phila Inquirer dated 5-18-1918 and 5-19-1918. She was buried from Church of the Nativity and St. Ann's cemetery. If you would like the obit I can email it to you.
