    3. Spiritual records from St. Stephen are kept at Our Lady of Hope Church, 5200 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19141-1628. Phone-215-329-8100. You could ask them. An educated guess would be removal of the graves to New Cathedral Cemetery, probably the closest Catholic cemetery. The church and its grounds were sold after its closing in 1993. There might be articles about the cemetery in THE CATHOLIC STANDARD AND TIMES. I just can't imagine the Archdiocese NOT doing something about the graves. I'll try to find out more.
