Elaine, The death certificate, obituary and cemetery record and if you are lucky enough to have a Funeral Director still in business will all yield more details for you. I have a wonderful inventory from Donahue Funeral Homes, still in business, that details the cost of candles, suit, shirt, tie, etc. for one of mine. I've been wrong before, but I think a funeral record in a parish would only list a name and date.
