Lynne, Yes, I looked at the index starting with 1925 in light of the fact we knew the she was living in 1924 and gone by 1930. Just so you are aware, Ancestry.com now has on line the death certs for Pennsylvania up to 1924. In June they will have available the certs from 1924 - 1944 (I think its 1944 or 1942). By November they will have the certs up to 1963. Although it may not be "your" Sarah - it seems likely that it is.
