Actually next year we might have trouble getting them at all as the State Legislature is considering changing the access rules to make birth and death certificates impossible to get so you all need to contact YOUR state legislator if you live in Pa or to contact any state legislator if you don't but your research interests are here. I had the article put aside to quote from and to have the person's name who sponsored the bill so when I find it again, I will post it.
