Betty, The name is Rev. D. Everett Lyon (no S). I find him in GenealogyBank.com under Daniel and or Everett. Living in Camden. His wife Mamie died Nov. 5, 1894, 579 Mickle st. Camden. 1901/1902 he is living in Belmawr, NJ. Another time he substituted in a Woodbury Church. No, I did not Goggle the name. Thanks for the idea. Been heavy into the directories and census on the search. You all have been wonderful, thanks! Jane, I really appreciate your help! I don't think it's a case of the minister forgetting to register the marriage because at that time in Philly you had to file the application at City Hall for a license. I think it's more likely that they were actually married in Camden. After all, it's just across the river. I never would have put that together without your help, Jane. I still have to get it through my head that newspapers can be wrong! And since my Houseals were all Reformed, it wouldn't have occurred to me to search ME churches. I'm going to send a request to New Jersey and see what happens. Thanks and thanks again! Helene
