I've "rescued" an old photograph of Bess SELIGMAN which was taken at the P. E. Chillman Studio in Philadelphia, PA. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's or 1890's with Bess appearing to be in her 20's at the time. I'm hoping to locate someone from her family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of her family.
